Our Shipping Policy
We base our shipping charges on the subtotal of your order. For example, if you order between $45 to $70 of products, we offer Ground shipping rates based on the amount of your order. These rates may change to fuel pricing surcharges or changes in rates from our carrier partners at any time. You will find out and lock in a shipping rate by calculating your shipping charges when you are checking out. More information on calculating your shipping charges below.
Please note that our shipping charges are subject to change without notice, however, such changes will be immediately reflected in your shopping cart. Backorders will not be subject to price changes. Backorders will not be shipped overnight, second day or express. Method of shipping for backorders will be at The Winner's Circle's discretion. Additional shipping charges may apply on backordered items. In addition, there are special exceptions such as saddles, carts and certain leather goods that require extra packing to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition. We will let you know when certain items require additional charges. Packages weighing over 75 lbs. could be subject to additional charges.
Your shipping charge will vary based on the subtotal you order, the type of products you purchase and if you are in shipping to the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawai or to an international address.

Shipments to Canada
“Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.”

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
We stand proudly behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive from The Winner's Circle, just return it in new, unused condition for a full credit, exchange or refund. Please do take care in placing customized or special orders as we cannot accept custom or special orders for return.
Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise returned in new, unused condition within 30 days will be credited or exchanged. After 30 days there will be a 15% restocking fee and in-store credit only. No returns accepted after 90 days. Custom orders or special orders are not eligible for return. This includes anything with a nameplate attached to it. All custom orders must be prepaid by money order/cashiers check or check that has cleared the bank. Shipping and return freight will not be refunded on returns.
Many of our vendors are highly specialized small businesses. Occasionally we experience delays in expected delivery. We make every effort to notify customers as soon as possible about the existence of back orders and their expected length. Please call customer service if you would prefer not to wait for a backordered item.
If for any reason, you receive a damaged package via UPS, please contact our office in order to file a claim with UPS and have replacement merchandise shipped to you as soon as possible. Please be sure to save the box the merchandise was shipped in so that UPS can determine the cause of the damage.
